How similar is a 1986 and 1990 LT 80

Are there many differences between these model years? What differences might there be?

the lt80 came out in '87. no changes except for colors.

How similar is a 1986 and 1990 LT 80

There may be a chain size difference (428 to 520).
There is a big washer/short bushing in the front clutch to hold the belt out. The 1987 has a long bushing, no washer.
