Default Another Lt-80 rear end question :(

On my 99 Lt, the rear end (with the axel tight) is not square to the rest of the quad. Standing at the rear of the machine the right tire rubs on the heal quad. I just picked up this machine and started going though the rear end. Everything is tight and nothing is striped out. I don’t know why the tire is rubbing on the right heal guard. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Possibly the bolts that hold the rear end on the metal supports AND the bolts holding the metal supports on the motor could have tweaked a lil. If that's the case, loosen the bolts and tug on it to straighten it out and re-tighten.
You've checked the cases for cracks?

Are you sure its the rearend? Looks can be very deceiving!! Try measuring from a point in the center of the front frame to the axle ends and see how far off it is.

Now there is a good idea!
The motor mount bushings could be that wore, or something bent.

I bent a quad one time. (full size) It was tweaked in more places than I ever thought it could. What I first thought was the problem, (easy fix) wasn't where it was really hurt. (new frame time) Check it over good!! Hopefully it will be somthing simple!!
