Daughters next ATV?
OK my Daughter is turning 12. She has been riding her LT80 since she was7 or 8 and has pretty much out grown it. What should be next? I don’t want to have to buy another one in the next year or two so I don’t want to go to small. I'm thinking probably a sport type 250? She is pretty responsible so I don’t think she will use to much of the new power until she is use to it.
Any Suggestions?

OK I made a decision yesterday. I also didn’t want to leave this thread dead like so many other people do not giving a solution to a problems or answer to a question
I picked up a 1999/2000 300ex for her. It's in decent condition but needs some TLC. It runs good but doesn’t idle very well. It was pieced from 4 different ATV but looks good overall. The carb is off a 350ex, has a super trap pipe with a couple leaks and a broken mount.
I am doing some ebay shopping and putting it back to all stock. Overall I think I did good. $1500 and for another $200 it should be 100%
Thanks for all the suggestions.

I agree but then again almost any quad is good now days as long as you stay away from the Chinese made ones and even those are OK for the money.
After some cleaning today and touching up the paint on the frame she is looking sweet. He also gave me the stock carburetor that after examining looks almost new. He said he took it off because the quad started back firing and not running as good as it use to but I think that may have had something to do with the 1/2" hole burned in the pipe at the neck. LOL I'm putting the stock carb back on and either getting the pipe fixed or getting a stock exhaust off ebay. It also came with 2 spare wheels. They are a little beat up and have a coupe dents but they will work for spares.
I think this will be a sweet quad once I get it back to 100% and it's about 95% now. Now my daughter has to get use to the power difference from her LT80 and the 300ex.
