Lt80 wheels

Default Lt80 wheels

Is there any reason not to put Douglas 8x8 wheels on the rear of an lt80 if you got a good deal on them? They are a little wider but not too much. Besides the look cooler than the stock ones.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif[/img]

Default Lt80 wheels

If you have them, you can use them.
You don't lose a whole bunch by going that wide.
If you are just trail riding and riding in general, they will be fine.
If you are going to race, I woud suggest widening out the rear,
and going with skinier tires.
There are many topics on here if you search. Many different ways to widen them out.

Default Lt80 wheels

Any ideas for tires? I was looking at Carslile Trail Wolf 19x8x8 but is that too narrow for a 8x8 rim? I have 19x7x8 Kenda Scorpions on there now but I think the stock rim is 6".
