ATV for brother

I'm looking for a low maintenence quad for my brother. He is 9 years old, 4'3', and 55 pounds. Can someone help me choose?

My daughter is 7 years old 4'6" 75lbs and she does pretty good on her 4 stroke ds90. (They make a 2 stroke ds90 as well)
