I did read it, before I bought.

From what I have read, Raceway is really good to deal with, but they don't seem to have any 110's available.

I have bought 3 from Highrpmracer and haven't had a problem but others don't have nice things to say about them. I get my stuff (parts and bikes) fast and they dropped the price when I asked after buying two previous bikes.

Kazuma 110 RFX arrived yesterday (Redcat labeled). I managed to get the oil changed, locktite/tighten all the bolts, battery in, air filter oiled, oil changed.
I only did not grease the electrical connections, I don't have that grease, will do that soon. ATV cranked perfectly, I rode around this morning on it. Rear brake was too tight, had to loosen that a little, other than that, everything seems very nice. Everything is working.

It's awesome, though I agree, this thing will be easy to tip over, it steers very quick. I have ordered 2.5 inch spacers for the front, hope that will help some. I'll have it throttled back some for my son, (turns 8 tomorrow which is when we give it to him.)

If you son is 8 I would give less then 20% throttle because when you put a person on that bike that weighs 80lb the it's going to fly. My son is 9, rides the same bike with 1 year experience and 2 1/2 wheel spacers and still finds a way to make it work for him with only 20% throttle. However, we don't climb around here other then a few small jumps (tandem dump truck loads of fill). The wheel spacers are expensive but worth every penny.

Does anyone know where I can find better plastic for the Redcat RFX-110? My son has broken both front and rear fenders twice. The stuff is cheap like fisher price not the tupperware stuff like you find on name brand quads.

Also, the front fender and gear indicator were damaged right out of the crate and one of the front tires has a slow leak. I will agree that WickedRocket has poor service. It took quite a while to get these damaged parts sorted out. The phone support was non-existant and E-mails would go unanswered for days or weeks. I never did get the tire replaced.

Here is a list of all my complaints with the purchase:Damaged upon arrival (front fender, gear indicator and flat tire)Poor service from WickedRocketHard to shift (supposedly can be adjusted)Front brakes suck and are no longer working after 1 season. (probably from mudding)Plastic is "fisher price" not "Tupperware"Does not run in cold weather (Barely able to start or keep it running once it hits about 10 degrees farenheit and lower)

The one good thing is the price. I could have bought three of these for the price my second choice.. a Honda Recon.

My new plastic arrived in the mail for the RFX-110 and it is soooo cheap that it didn't even survive the trip. Broken again by the time it got to the house.

Does anyone sell plastic for the Kazuma / Redcat that is not so easy to break?

Thanks,

Mike Juneau

Not purchased from Raceway since I needed it in a hurry and just picked the first place I found that looked reasonable. I see I should have ordered from you and saved about $25. I am getting a new front fender in the mail (hopefully) soon at no extra cost. I also got some wheel spacers that I will be trying out in a couple weeks. I will try to remember to drop a note to the forum after I have tried them out.

I have not been able to find any alternative fenders for this machine RFX-110 thus far. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to solve this problem of breakable plastic? One person has suggested using rhino liner but I'm not sure how that will help. Has anyone tried rhino liner on their fenders?
