I have a couple quads and so far we haven't had any fenders break but I know what your saying about them they are stiff. I was at my local "chinese quad dealer" this spring. They have some new atvs in. Of course they are cheaper then what I paid last year and better! The fenders on them are VERY flexable. The 150 Hucar 's he had in are a raptor style with good fenders. You might what to shop around and maybe stick a different brand on. All these chinese quads are pretty much the same style I'm sure you could make the work.

They also have in some Jianshe quads that look to be a yamaha knock off. A 2wd 250 with shaft drive and reverse plus a 400 4x4 shaft drive reverse 5 speed etc. Both quite nice quads I'd have to say compared to some the "questionable" stuff they had last year. I swear some of the earlier chinese stuff that some places brought over in 04 & 05 was old stock that some chinese factory wanted to unload!
