Advise on new atv

I'm looking to get 2 atv and am looking at the chinese imports on ebay. I am looking for a 150 auto and a 200 manual trans. I've been looking at komoto atvs. Any one recommend a good cheap brand or model to look at.

If you haven't already, read some of the past posts in this section or in the raceway section of the forum. Most of the people (not all) who have bought over ebay usually post here with problems they have run into with dealer support. These chinese atvs require a strong mechanical aptitude. If this is up your alley, stick with a reputable dealer - it may cost a little more but well worth it if you need parts or tech support. Raceway atv is a decent dealer, I'm sure others could steer you in the right direction. Best of luck.

Go to Raceway. He is the best around and will take care of you. Great service. Talk to John and tell him 2manytoys from atv connection rec him. The chinese quads are ok and they are getting better . I have 2 of them and they run great. You will need some basic machanic abilities. With the proper maintenance they are great.

why buy a $$$$ machine when you can get a very good machine for half the money. The chinese quads are very good machines for the money. I paid $1700 for my 250cc and $1600 for my 200cc. My buddy paid $5000 for his Honda so now is it worth the$3500 differnece.....noooooo Just my opinion

not really this is myth that is created by the major manu's and passed on to there customers on why they shouldnt buy chinese bikes. Its all in perception. If I spend $60000 in china I get $3000 in parts everytime. I have never had parts issue

Whatever. I still think all the junk coming in from Chine will cause more trouble here than the savings is worth. There is no way an American or even a Japanese company can compete with the companies in China. So in the long run where are we going to work, Walmart??
