wow wow well i personalyy will not buy large ticket items such as quads online or have them shipped to me i will show up at the dealer ship and inspect the item my self take it for a test ride and if evey thing checks out they get my MONEY but not before the above mentioned. this online thing is nothing but a large place for scammer and ripoffs to do there thing here in cali i'd use a lawer and the bbb and set there *** on fire about it sorry to hear of your trouble hope you work it out plus you spent your money and did not recieve service or product thats was not damaged stick with your credit card company dispute the charges and ship back that junk even at your own cost oh yeah buy a yamaha killer rides for the money and tons of suport from dealer or yamaha . p.s. dude get a lawer on that dudes *** this sound really stinky fishy something aint right .

I just ordered two ATVs from almostfreeatv.com. Please understand that anyone purchasing material/merchandise from the internet is naturally worried. I have to give them the benefit of the doubt...I did the research and I saved a lot of money. Regardless, I still want quality and good customer service. After reading this, I will inspect my crate thoroughly...I just hope I'm home and my kids don't sign for it[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img] Text

Was out of town this week, hadnt read the reply. I dont know why you would send the parts now, I bought another quad 3 weeks ago. I hope ya didnt charge my CC for the parts, because that would be CC fraud. Too little too late regardless. Nice try though.

Sir, you have to follow this to conclusion. This is the only avenue some have to get and unbiased view point. Like I said, I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt, but nobody likes bad customer service. If Raceway is earning their reputation by having great service and other are not....or vice versa. I'm sure Raceway may have had proplems w/ one or two...and maybe not. Stay in the game until completion and keep us posted. I will too.

No, what's insane is thinking that someone is going to retrieve their messages from an internet forum in cyberspace. Why not pick up the phone and call him?

I called Greatlakes twice last week and got immediate and courteous responses to my questions. I have emailed Paul on four separate occasions and got replies back usually within a couple of hours.

I don't understand why I'm getting all this special treatment.....[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif[/img]

111, I don't know why you keep bashing me when you never dealt with me. I have 1 customer upset who started this thread and 3 others that backed me up unsolicited. I call people back and have an excellent track record with my customers..unfortunatly things sometimes go wrong and I try to do what I can to get the issues resolved. We're not perfect, but we are no where near the way you depict out company.
