Default please help daughter sad

hello i purchased a mudcat mini 90 from high rpm racer for my daughter for christtmas my to neices also got kazumas well today my daughters would not start the battery has went dead every hour the last time it would not start and you could here the starter staying engaged then it sounded awful and quit my neighber looked at it and said its locked up so my daughter that is 7 is watching her cousins ride and i cant get ahold of highrpm racer and the warranty says they dont replace battery or starter and they do not pay for labor ,we saved for a while to get this even though it was cheap has anyone every dealt with highrpmracer

awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww thats so sad. i dont kno wat to tell u but i hope everything turns out alrite and ur daughter ends up with a big smile on her face. i have two little sisters and i hate to see them sad. GOOD LUCK!

Sorry for your daughter, but I hope folks can learn something positive from your experience. Stick with the time tested Honda 90 and Suzuki LT80!

Can you just try jumping it off a machine with the same power battery and if the starter is stuck try tapping it with something, used to work for our jeep every so often it might stick.

thanks for the advise i was going to have my husband do that but when he got home it will not do anything at all.will not start and battery is charged

It says they have a 24 hour help desk? Did you call?

Heres the warrenty from the web site ,doenst say anything about not covering the battery


Warranty on HighRpmRacer ATV's.

HighRpmRacer warrants to the purchaser that it will replace free of charge, during usual working hours, any part except for tires, batteries, starters, brakes and body parts,that is found to be defective in materials or workmanship, for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase, WITH THE EXCEPTIONS SHOWN BELOW. The warranty covers replacement of the part only and DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY LABOR.

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER: (1) PARTS THAT ARE DAMAGED BY ABUSE, NEGLECT, OR ACCIDENT; (2)FLUIDS OR SHIPPING CHARGES; (3) LOSS OF TIME, LOSS OF USE OF VEHICLE, INCONVENIENCE, COMMERCIAL LOSS OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES; NOR DO REPAIRS OR REPLACEMENT EXTEND THIS WARRANTY BEYOND THE DESCRIBED PERIOD FROM THE DATE OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE.

You or your husband need to pull the spark plug out. After the plug is out see if the starter turns the engine over.

What about the 2nd line which reads "any part <u>except</u> for tires, <u>batteries</u>, starters, brakes and body parts"?
