Default Stall speed on AC 90 CVT

The stall speed on my kids' '06 AC 90 DVX seems to be quite high. I would like the clutch to engage without having to "rev it up" so much. I did see some clutch spring kits at the Hetrick Racing site. Which one would I need to buy and install to lower that stall speed? Are there any drawbacks to the lower stall speed?

Those would raise the stall speed.

What irritates me is!
Those 6-packs work pretty good.

Yes, no take-off power.
