If looking for pure stock replacement, you may want to visit a few Polaris or PowerSports dealers in your area. I'm sure their contact numbers are within yellow pages. Could also try http://www.partsland.com/index.cgi?N...&P=Polaris-ATC
If looking for "Performance Pipe" for your Polaris 90, surf:
www.hetrickracing.com
www.lucky7racing.com
www.wrhracing.net
Before buying their performance pipe, may I suggest you call each of them and "chat". As about what CVT changes (re: rollers, main spring, etc.), CDI and possible battery box changes that are required for their unique pipes. Do explain your exact riding conditions and thus, they will make the proper "supporting bundle" products that's best for you. Note: For the best bang for the dollars of the Polaris brand, they also recommend air filter upgrade as well. If high RPMs, then include a 20mm carb, 20mm intake and 20mm uni-filter with CDI upgrade. These are great supporting products for Performance Pipes.
Hope this helps...

We used a few generic mufflers like a supertrapp. But you can find a good replacement muffler from a tractor supply co. Have it put on or do it yourself but be sure to rejet the carb it will be WAY off jetting wise but it will run much better when rejetted with the new muffler. Mind you it wont run hardly at all till rejetted
