Why not flip the rims?

We all seem to discuss spacers for these smaller quads (we have a Kazuma Falcon 90) for better stability. The rear wheels that come with the quads are backspaced so that if you flip em around, they would have the offset to the outside, providing better stability. The tires have a directional tread pattern, so if the tire were turned around on the wheel and a new hole drilled for the valve stem, why not just flip em over and get your wider track that way?

.
For more stability around sharp corners and/or improper leaning, its always better to widen the FRONT. Yes, the front. If you make the rear wider then the front, it makes the mini more tippy. For many, they widen the front (spacers, turn rims or wider A-Arms) and leave the rear "as is".

Yeah I know LT but I have heard of people thinkin they had to be flipped on the rim like he said. Wanted to clarify to him. A friend bitched cause he got his new paddle tires and wheels and they sent them on backwards on the rims. So I said why dont you try them on the other side of the bike. Presto! LOL Dont drink and work on your bike.
