Default Snapped Frame on a SunL 95 Auto

The only thing I didn't like about the SLA95 was the rear of it. No grab bar for lifting,a nd no where to put a flag. I'll have to see if I can get the Deluxe 100 next time. Does it have the same brake system? Nothing about transmission either on the Raceway site.

the transmission is auutomatic same as the 90, i 've been so busy i haven't really had a chance to look it over yet, i know it starts the second you push the botton without the choke on, one thing i don't like about the mini 100 is that the chokes on the handle bar under the starter button, makes it hard to push the starter, close the choke and give it a little gas all at the same time and i don't think the 7 year will be able to to this. the mini 100 is quit a bit larger than the sunl 70, i know i'm going to be in trouble when the grandkids arrive. they're both going to want the 100, but it's going to the kid that broke his as a replacement. the brakes the same as the 90. one thing it did come with which surpized me was a inspection check off slip. maybe they looking to give the japs a run for their money now. i know it needs wheel spacers, it has a higher center of gravity for the narrow wheel base (width). i'm 5'11" 170lbs and it felt like it wanted to flip over with me on it when i test drove it around the house. so i'm going to hafta make that happen. next week i'll have more time with it and post my likes and dislikes. i really liked the sunl 90 with the wheel spacers and the power was awesome for the 7 year old.

Does it have a grab bar and a flag hole? My 7 year old is the perfect size for the 95, so I hope I cna get the same size again.

I had the same thing, not once but twice. Same place at the swing arm mounts on the frame. Raceway took care of it both times no questions asked. Second time I opted for something different. That mini 90 frame from SunL has some issues.

Ramtec

I have pics of my son on the delux 100. He is 8yo. It comes with a grab bar but no flag mount but I took the rear tether off and turned the bracket up so now it can hold the flag.

your best bet might be to get a new frame and beef it up in that area, it wouldn't take much, 1/8 wall 3/4 inch id tube and a little weld,

I have a lathe in the garage, so beefing it up isn't a problem. I would hat to start welding ona 2 month old ATV though. I bought a welder 2 weeks ago for other stuff, maybe that was fate.

I was told by SUNL that there is only a 30 day warrant. Do you know where that info is posted or who I can contact?
