Default Snapped Frame on a SunL 95 Auto

Sir,
Your local dealer knew that would break, where it break before they sold it. They can't help it, they are stuck. I agree with Bill2006...another one bites the dust. SEADAWG

the sunl 110 is vest improvement over any other sunl, i haven't heard of any frame breaking on the 110's, the frame problems seem only on the 90-95, the 50-70 doesn't seem to have that problem eaither. i think that was just one reason raceway quit selling the sunl 50-95 because of the weak frames and just got tried of dealing with it, they still sell the mini 100 which is the sunl 110,

Well...big suprise. The Sunil dealer "cant do anything about it". He then acused me of riding the 4 wheeler (which I have not) and breaking it. Overall, I'm pi$$ed with the situation and I am going to go to corporate Sunil. Does anyone know who I would contact?

lol , haven't you seen any of my posting about the sunl group? they're only in bussiness to sell their POS, not to supply replacement parts or customer service. you won't get far with calling sunl group, more than likely they're hang up on you. your sunl dealer is also crap, he knew before he even sold you the quad he wasn't going to horror the warrenty. this is a classic case of the sunl group and dealers. to bad it makes all the chainese atv dealers look bad. if their a next time or if some else is reading this post and thinking about buying a sunl this should convince you not to. raceway the only place to buy any chainese atv, if they don't have what you want, then don't buy one . you can fix the broken frame by welding it and adding material over the repair, i did this on our broken framed sunl 90, so our grandkid could ride it for a week , then shipped it back to raceway at their expense, and replaced it with the mini100, which doesn't have frame issures

Good ole SUNL.....still at it.....selling the cheapest of Chinese junk and then stiffing people on the warranties and parts. They've known for quite some time about this frame issue, but continue to sell them.

SUNL has an UNSATISFACTORY rating with the BBB.

SUNL has known about this frame breaking problem for over a year.
Try contacting jennifer@sunl.com or irv@sunl.com
Be nice at first. But I can tell you that you will probably have to get NASTY.
Going public, complaining and hurting their business is the only way to deal with SUNL.
You have to let them know that you are NOT GOING AWAY.
SUNL has only one mission and it's not customer service, it's lining their
pockets with your money.

1) File a ripoff report.
http://ripoffreport.com/
What's good about this website, is that once you file a report, the company name shows up in most search engines. People will know that this company does not honor it's warranty. Be sure and add pictures.
2) File a report on the Squeaky Wheel....
http://www.thesqueakywheel.com
3) File a report on Consumer Affairs.
http://www.consumeraffairs.com/php/a_report.php
Again the company name will show up on search engines like Google.
4) Texas has a lemon law and if a company does not honor a warranty, the state Attorney General likes to know and will take action.
file a complaint with the Texas State Attorney here:
http://www.oag.state.tx.us/consumer/complain.shtml
file a lemon law complaint here:
http://www.dot.state.tx.us/services/...aw/default.htm
5) File a report with the Better Business Bureau.
http://www.dallas.bbb.org/
The BBB is basically toothless, but every little bit helps.
6) File a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission for false advertising and deceptive trade practices.
https://rn.ftc.gov/pls/dod/wsolcq$.startup?Z_ORG_CODE=PU01
7) Is the product unsafe or dangerous? File a section 15 report with the Consumer Product Safety Commission.
http://www.cpsc.gov/sec15.html
8) Get on every forum and usenet newsgroup that deals with ATVs, Go-Karts, or motorcycles and tell your story (exact truth).

Every time you do one of the above, email the link to the vendor.

All I can say is DAMN I am glad I passed on buying a new SUNL and bought a used Honda TRX90 instead!

I would have been LIVID.

The shiny paint and plastic and great claims and LOW price of the SUNL sure had me vexed.....I was just about to buy a couple months back when I found this site........

The old saying is that you get what you pay for....I am learning more and more everyday that that holds true most of the time.

Man I feel for you...

I think you did the right thing by buying a Japanese made ATV. You'll be so much more happier with it. I was going to buy a C-POS for my son a couple years ago and a buddy told me not to do it. I took his advice and bought Honda and I have never had a problem. That little Honda has been through hell and it still runs strong.

I guess you pay for what you get.

Gee, Thanks for the "I told you so" remarks. That really helps. I glad for both of you.
