Default LT80 carb issues

I have a stock '92 LT80 that won't idle. I have adjusted it several times, but it always ends up dying. The air filter is clean, it has stock jetting, and I have fresh pre-mixed fuel in it. Any idea why it won't stay running? I can run it all day, but when you come to a stop you have to keep giving it throttle to stay running at low RPM. If I turn the choke on it seems to help. Is the pilot circuit too lean? Thanks for any help.

Yes lean, but prolly from the pilot jet being plugged.
