Default 90 sportsman flooding?

My 9 yr old daughters 90cc sportsman seems to be flooding out on us. It runs, but not real well. It will pull her but without the same snap it used to have and sometimes won't climb small hills. It will no longer pull me at all and used to easily. Also there's a strong smell of gas sometimes. And if you let off the throttle and let it back to idle it will take full throttle again for a few seconds. I took the carb aff awhile back and blew it out with carb cleaner and that kinda fixed the problem for a little while but it's back now. Any ideas? Where can I get a carb rebuild kit?

I had the same problem on one of my 150cc quad's. I took the carb off, removed the jets and blew everything out with my air compressor at about 90 psi. I have not had a problem since then. Hopefully this helps.

I hit it again with carb cleaner but didn't remove the jets. Seems to have cleared it out again. When I get my compressor hooked up i'll try blowing it out again. Thanks.
