Looking for Good Sand Quad 80 90??

We are in the market for a new quad for our 5 1/2 year old. We made the mistake of buying a Yamaha Raptor 50 and he is TIRED of getting roosted on! We don't want to make the same mistake and get him something that gets stuck on every mole hill! We have been searching each mfr site and they all seem to be the same. Of course all of the opinions we have gotten from parents on the dunes is get him a Blaster. Yikes! I don't think he is ready for that yet! But I also don't want to spend $2500 on a quad that we are going to have to turn around and dump another $500 into just for him to keep up with us! We are keeping the 50 for our 4 year old daughter and are going to have to dump a bunch of $$ into that, so it would be nice to take a bike off the showroom and keep it stock for about a year! Any ideas?

Am I the only one here that noticed his rider is only 5-1/2?!?! You guys are recommending 90cc 2-strokes to a five year old or a tricked out LT80? Why am I the only one that sees something wrong here? There are other solutions other than putting him on a bike that is WAAYYYY too powerful for a child that age.

I think we have suggested bikes in the 50cc range and it is a much better suggestion than the blaster he was recommended to get. I recommended a 50cc predator or drr as my first pics. The honda 90 is a good dune bike without mods but may be large for many 5-10 yr olds. A 50cc predator, lt 50 with a pipe, mild porting and a set of scat track gliders will be able to ride on the flat areas and then the dunes when the rider and parents are ready. Yet can be restricted to 10 mph or so and is a small framed bike. God bless and be safe.
