I had 45 psi on my 90 and it wouldn't tart, yanked the jug and the rings and piston was shot. You should definetly have over 100 psi.

 

I did some messing w/it this weekend. Took a look at the timing. It appears that it is firing on the down stroke. I do not see any place nor way to make a timing adjustment. I noticed some kind of module or what not that the madgnito wire goed to w/5 other wires. A pair of these go to the coil. I do not know what it is and would think this is the culpret?
