I dont belive everything that BIG RIC posts either. We have a very good and honest Sun L dealer here in Michigan and not only does this guy back his products, he also has parts for them.

Im the Director of a Michigan based ORV safety organization and train 1000's of kids in a years time on their ATVs and Dirt Bikes. It is absolutely insane to go out and spend 2700.00 bucks on a Honda TRX 90 ATV for your 7 yr old kid when you can purchase a nice starter ATV for ALOT less money...Very young kids are not usually hard at all on their ATVs until they get older.You MUST know WHO you are buying from and you must also understand that paying less money for an ORV means NOTHING if you cant get service/parts and tech service when its needed.

My experience has been a good one,and I know many other Sun L buyers that are happy,but I also know some customers that wont do Sun-L again either.. Do your homework BEFORE you buy.

 

i agree with bigric, sunl knows no matter how bad of a product or customer servise, their's going to be someone out there to that doesn't think its going to happen to them and buy their products. one thing their counting on is price.. has anyone seen a web site called honda sucks, redcat sucks, yamaha sucks, kazuma sucks, answer is no, only sunl.

 

I have had 3 sunl quads and still own a sunl ms125. No problems with any of them. The 125 is very solid. Sunl could have a good product if they would work on the customer relations end.

 

Bill2099 you really really are bitter at SunL but own 2 of there bikes. what is your biggest complaint about SunL?
