Default 90cc Engine help

I am thinking about getting a 53 or 54mm top end kit for my kids quad. What would be a good carb size? Not looking to race just want a little more power. Thanks

i would go with the 53. most the 54mm cylinders are for stroker cranks which will cause you motor to have way to much squish. that will cause low compression. on the carb go with a 20mm with a uni or k&n filter.

Go with 53mm with a 28mm carb. Just ck with the parts vendor and tell them deck height and crank size so port timing is going to be correct.

If you dont have any problems with your stock carb I'd just get the head redesigned and have the cylinder flaws fixed. Then it will run very well compared to stock. Shouldnt cost you more than $100 to $150. A few clutch mods will help a bunch too. Then It's still reliable as stock.
