The 250ex would be fine ..I let my stepson ride are neighbors at the dunes in pismo and he did fine and he a big 9yr old 4-11 110lbs ...It was his first quad he has ever riden and he was fine by the time the weekend was up he was learning how to shift my raptor around a closed in oval track in the sand ..he has the typhoon 125 now .but i think for only this yr then gona go bigger ,maybe the raptor 350..cant go wrong with the 250ex or suzuki 250 also..my 2 cents...

 

Yea, I think im gonna go check out a 250EX. From what all you say that sound like it would be the best fit.

The EX250 is what I would prefer. But, for a young daughter, look at the ES250 (Electronic Shifting)....it makes it easier for them to know what gear and to shift. Again, both are great. My wife love all those easy toys on her ES250. But, hey, they all are good and the others make big guys make great quads too. SEADAWG
