Starting to hear gripe about this company that seems to have a few names. Anyone had any experience with them or their other companies? I'm no liking what I'm seeing. SEADAWG

It degenerated until I think some people edited (removed) their post. I suppose they eventually received satisfaction. It was an interesting thread, as I recall, especially before the "edits"

I bought a Kazuma Baby Falcon 110 a few months ago from buyatvsonline.com A.K.A. highrpmracer.

So far, it has been a fairly pleasant experience.

I had two separate warranty claims for brake parts that failed after about a month. Both times they replaced the parts (including shipping) without a problem. Each time I talked to Ron, who I think is the owner or manager.

I know some buyers in the past have had issues with quads purchased from them. Perhaps they are improving their customer service.

I like the inventory of parts on the website. The prices are reasonable. And they have great order tracking on the website. I would probably buy from them again.
