Default Can anyone identify this Quad?

I need to figure out the Make and Model for this quad. It is about 3 years old. The VIN is LAWSAC0024C583065. I have been told by the original owner that he thinks it was a Dinli T-Rex 90, but the dealer he got it from is out of business. Does anybody have any ideas?
Pictures can be seen at this link-another out of business dealer in the area.
Thanks. http://qjlehi.tripod.com/id27.html

Adly-Moto, Eton, and CPI USA have their headquarters in Irving Texas.

All 3 make decent ATV's that are much better quality than the mainland Chinese stuff.
CPI has a good BBB record....unlike many of the Chinese manufacturers.

How much is the seller asking?

Heres what i found when i went to look at it for my 10 yr old son. Almost no turning radius,Very Very small 90cc model,Almost no speed at all maybe 15mph,reverse was a lever under the handel bars that pulled a cable that felt like it would break. It didnt work either. When i went to get off i stepped on the bottom support were foot is suppose to be and it cracked.I asked the dealer which only had 1 atv left why they dont sell them anymore and he said there very hard to get support for parts.Only my opinion from my experiance. The same day i left from looking at the cpi i came home and picked up the phone and bought a jetmoto 125 from raceway,so far so good.
