OK,I finally looked to see what these were and how they looked.
Looks to me like it would put more pressure on main stud and break it off.
Has there been an issue with that problem?

What kind of quad would you be putting them on? If it is for the three lug 150's or 110's see Raceway. The wheel spacers they have are an excellent design that should not put much more stress on the hubs. I run these on my 150 and they have been great.

What wheel spacers are you talking about? The "lug" style ones that simply screw on to the exsisting stud and extend it out? I was looking at those too, for my kid's 90. Flipping the rear wheels and putting the offset to the outside works great for the back (did that already), but I need something for the front. The aluminum spacers from Raceway are very nice but just too damn spendy for me, I like the $20 price on the other style.

The reason they are more expensive at Raceway is because they are a solid piece of machined aluminum and they will put less stress on your hubs and spindles. The stud style put more stress onto your wheel studs and the hubs. Pay now or pay later.

I understand the difference in the spacers, and why the aluminum ones cost more. I was just mentioning that I can't really afford the others right now, so the lug-type are going to hafta work.

Regarding the added stresses: I can understand the lug-type spacers putting more stress on the studs themselves. But why would this design put any more stress on the hub vs. the aluminum spacer?

More stress on the wheel studs will equal more stress on the hubs.

Do you have a link to the hub mounting ones? I've only ever seen the Raceway style ones.

The Raceway style are the ones I was talking about. They are the best ones to use.

Sorry Im late on the reply,

I looked at how RaceWays was made and it looks alot stronger and better design.
But would it still put too much stress on the spindles, enough to bend them?

If I just spaced the back wheels, would it make it more stable?

I really dont want to do the front if I dont have to.

I have used the Raceway spacers on our 150 for three months now on very very rough terrain with no issues to date.
