Grease nipples on Giovanni quads
I didn't have any problems so far. I did the following so far just from reading stuff on this forum:
1. changed crankcase oil before I even fired it up(used 10W40 atv oil).
2. changed the plug to an NGK one
3. checked and changed oil in the reverse gearbox. There was hardly any oil in it. Not near enough.
4. changed oil in the CVT (transmission). used 75W90 gear oil in the transmission and the reverse gear box.
5. went over all the nuts/bolts and checked for tightness. Some were loose.
6. changed the grease fittings on the front end. The original ones are some wierd size(not standard 1/4 ")
You'll find that their won't be any instructions for putting stuff together but it is pretty straightforward.
I bought my son the 150 and it has a GY6 engine. I assume the 110 will also.
If you search this forum, you will find links where you can download manuals of other vehicles that use the GY6 motor.
PM if you have any other questions.
