frenchman159....your axle definitely appears to have a bend in it, the bend wasn't so apparent on mine. They did send me a new axle and it's been fine so far....no it did not look like yours!

 

It must be the pic as i checked and there was no bend in it. I just heard back from them and said they are waiting for a reply from the manufacture. They said they will give me one from another unit so I don't have to wait. I was very pleased with the service. Mind you it did only run for 6 hours so i'm sure they will file a claim with them !!
