That's so cool! I'm originally from Waynesboro, VA - right where the Skyline Drive and Blu Ridge Parkway meet -
spent a lot of time at those overlooks when I was a teenager -
One of these days, I'm gonna get a nice cruisin bike and me and my wife will be follin through those hills.

I know this is a old thread, but I have a question. I am looking a doing the bolt/spacer mod on me sons 110 cc Chinese ATV, he weighs in a 60 lbs. Is 3 inches about the saftest max length to go with 5/16th x 4 inch grade 8, without over loading the bearings? He drives 50/50 on the road/dirt field.
Cheers

OK I dod the rear today, noe for the 2000 dollar questions. How to do the front with hubs? Drum brakes? I took the off and removed the studs and I have a few options.
1) Drill and tap the hubs to get more engagment, right now there is only abort 3/4 inches of thread engagment, not enough to be safe.
2) Pay 120.00 for spacers.
Anyone elso have an idea?
Cheers
