Default LT80 won't start

We've only had this quad for about a month but my son loves it. It is his third quad and by far his favorite. It is a 1999 so it is a bit old but it has been starting easily and running good every time until now. I just get a faint click on the starter. I put a charger on the battery and it shows the battey as good. I have wiggled random wires etc. with no luck. This thing needs a pull starter. I'm glad this didn't happen 5 miles from nowhere.

Any words of wisdom? Thanks.

i would first check the solinoid by jumping across the two main wires and if the starter still just clicks then probley the starter has worn out and check all cables and ground connections before getting a new starter loose wires and cables are normal problems

If it only had a solenoid...
You can stand the machine on end and put 12 volts right to the starter to check it.

Just an update, It turns out that the kill switch in the back for the leash had wiggled loose just a tad. I pushed it back in and the quad fired right up. I think I am going to eliminate that switch all together to avoid future problems.
