Default Eton Viper 70 reverse mod

My 9 year old son can ride the wheels off a 250cc trailblazer, but unfortunately due to his age can only ride a 70cc at public parks, etc. I trying to find out if I can add a reverse (maybe from a Viper 90), to his 70cc. A child shouldn't have to lift and tug on a 230lb quad. Also, maybe you pro's may know.... his quad is turned all the way up and the spark arrestor removed, it hauls about 28mph. However, if he attempts the smallest hill the quad just bogs like it don't have enough power or torque to climb. I'm hoping you guys can help as with these two issues, I don't think it is suited for an all day trail ride at an atv park. Thanks for any help!

Welcome to the forums.
You cannot add a reverse.
I'd check the compression first on the power thing.
