Default hensim suspension

ok my daughter has a hensim 50 or 70 the front single arm suspension is junk dont like the way the tires move i just ordered the spacers today but was wondering if anyone has figured out or fabed anything to stabalize it i thought of even putting a metal pipe in place of the shock to stop it from moving all together any help our ideas would be greatly apprciated

no one has tried anything on these atvs i seen alot of people complained about it figured someone would of tried someting

Why heck yea,thats what I would do.Take the suspension off and let'er rip,Who needs it anyway.I have no idea where people ever come up with the idea of suspension,what a crazy idea.

How are the tires suppose to move on a swing arm?
Are you talkin how they go out alittle instead of going up and down like a duel arm?
Or,just get another that you like in a year or two,cuz she'll out grow this one in no time.

no they go in very dangerous like if you dont have anything constructive to say keep it to your self this is a furom to ask for help and suggestions and i read in a earlier post about someone was gonna do away with the shocks to make it a solid front end like alot of the earlier yout atvs so if your gonna flame someone please make sure you know what you are talking about to begin with

well i put the spacers on today and it helped alot but the single a arm is dangerous ill just keep her putting around till we can get her a better built one to easy to roll with that how the tire almost folds in if turning and hit a bump at same time i will have to get pics its scary

Default hensim suspension

On some of the quads with single a arms the tie rods can either be bolted to the top or the bottom of the steering shaft mount. And the same for the arm on the front spindle. The steeper the angle the tie rod is mounted the worse the turning in effect is. See if you can move either end of the tie rod to lessen the angle.
