LT80 help
#1
Hey guys, I have a 98 suzuki LT80 that I can not keep running. It will start and run fine for about 5 minutes and then floods out. I then have to let it sit for hours to dry out before it will start agian. I have cleaned the carb well and this didnt help any. It floods to where gas drips out of the back of the motor where the exhaust bolts on. I think it needs a new needle and needle seat but can not figure out how to get the needle seat out of the carb. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thank You
Dustin

Where is this little screw located at? I am not quite sure what you are talking about. In the expanded picture I have it looks like it comes out with the main jet. Do I need to remove the idler jet also? When I take out the main jet there is a small ruber gasket and it seems that the seat should come out after that. I have never removed one before though so I dont know.
Thanks for the help so far
