I have a 50cc Kazuma that will not run unless the choke is wide open. I have tried adjusting the idle screw and the fuel mixture screw without success. I have changed the spark plug and the air filter is clean. Can anyone help?

We have a different brand of bike, but had the same symptoms...it turns out our gas tank was air-locked...once we opened the gas cap, and screwed it back on again, the engine started and ran with no trouble.
