I don't know where we can download the cylinder head dia., but I know how to adjust the cam-timing of Honda knocked-off horizontal engines.
It is not so difficult to find timing mark "O" dot on the cam sprocket when you open the sprocket cover located on the forward left side. There is a triangle notch at the furthest side of the inside hole on the cylinder head. When the line marked "T" on the flywheel is at the center of the hole at the top of the generator cover, the "O" dot on the sprocket should be at the said notch on the cylinder head. Good luck.
