KOSO JOG 2000 RPM RACING CLUTCH SPRING,LT80 SUZUKI
Hello everyone I'm new to this sight and could use some help. I just completed installing a koso jog clutch spring that I bought off ebay and I also removed 2 rollers. Now the bike is very hard to start and will not stay in place. As soon as you pull start it or hit the start button it wants to take off. My question is should I put back the stock spring or did I do something wrong putting it back together? Thanks any help will be appreciated. Frank

two problems. those springs are wound in reverse. it will unwined and cause problems. as for the the quad moving when starting. you tighened up the final nut on to tight. and it clamped on the bearing. loosen the bolt. so you need a new nut for the end.

the rear. not the reverse nut inside. the first nut that you remove. if you look at it you can see that its only supposed to go on so tight. if you go farther than your soppposed to and it starts to thred. if you back off a little and use high strangh thred lock it might work but you can try
