Help!! Rear chain SLIPS OFF SPROCKET!! 250cc atv

I have noticed some of the bolts are of poor quality and "feel" like they are stretching when tightening. I would not trust what it says on the bolt as the chinese can copy anything. Like you said just go to the hardware store and get some real grade 8 bolts and nuts and replace them that way you know it's right and bolts are cheap.
