Thanks Coloradotrailrider... Gotta Love this forum.
That is something I didn't know. Like I mentioned - my first ATV - I've had dirt bikes but years ago. Never got a battery where I needed to poor the acid in. With no directions - figured you just put it in. Thanks again.

Well got her running fine. I'll post a longer review later. On the battery... must be just me Leesumm. Never had to fill one up. By the way I did. Let it sit for about 30 minutes. Put it on my trickly charger. Had a good 1/2 to 3/4 charge just from sitting there??? but let it sit on my charger anyway.
Had some trouble getting it started. But once I did and got the carb set - it ran fine.

Yup, as soon as you pour the electrolyte into the battery cells it will instantly have a partial charge. Even a 3/4 charge has to be charged by the charging system of the ATV. All the battery manufacturers recomend the trickle charge before using the battery. Its good for the new battery and dosn't over work your brand new atv charging system.
Glad to hear you got it running. It's like hearing a baby cry for the first time

I got a chance to take mine out again . purrs like a kitten. The wife and I took a ride up on the mountain here. A lady I know gave me permission to go and explore some property she has. She said there used to be a settlement up there in the 1800's we did find some old foundations and I think a wel. Then we took a ride accross the ridge some 1 1/2 miles. I got to say the 250 vibike is one work horese for only 250 cc. The wife and I combined wieght ? Well lets say about as much as the bike wieghts. Then I have a big box on the back rack to store my goodies while I am in the woods, plus to 28 inch duffle bags with our metal detectors and shovels in. Looking at it loaded up looks like a pack mule. But it dont hesitate a bit. Carries both us and all our gear
