Sportsman 90 leaking gas

Sportsman 90 leaking gas
I have a 2003 Polaris Sportsman 90. When I fill the tank above half way it will leak gasoline out of a tube that runs down the front frame of the bike. It does not matter if the bike is on or off it will do it. If I leave it below half tank then I do not have any problem. First off what is this tube? Is it a breather for the tank? Second, how do I stop it so that I can fill the tank above half way?
