I recently bought a lt80 for my son that the previous owner took apart to replace the clutch. Anyway I got this thing in its semi basket case state. I have the new parts to fix it but I'm not sure how it goes back together, same with the carb, where do the hoses go off the petcock. Is there a pdf file I can download or anybody help me out? Thanks a lot in advance.

 

Hey, Google and Ebay are good friends. I got a parts and maintenance manual off of Ebay. If you don't want to go that way Google search Suzuki parts and go to one of the Big parts suppliers they have OEM parts diagrams you can look at. Happy hunting. Quadroost

 

Carb hoses:: As it sits, the front hole is the vent, middle hole is the fuel inlet, hole closest to motor is the vaccum line that runs to the petcock.
