TaoTao shifting problem
#2
I've ran into a simular problem with my 125,only mine shifts hard upshifting and shifts pretty easy on the downshift. I have not even started to look into whats going on. I am going to assume it's a possible adjustment issue. I can let you know what the fix is,maybe it will shed light on your issue.
As far as diagrams, I believe that is going to be a hard find based on what we all know as sketchy poorly written owners manuals and lack of information about chinese atvs in general.
I have noticed that more parts for chinese atvs are surfacing on the net, so thats a good sign. The diagrams you seek are out there somewhere, best of luck to you.
I'll make a point of posting any good finds that relate on here.
Regards. . . .

I have a taotao tforce ATA 110cc D/D1bike runs fine but when you put it in gear it dies. I ran the bike in neutral and rolled it along and jumped on while putting it in gear and bike drives along fine with lots of power, once you try to stop it stalls out like the clutch isn’t working. Adjusted clutc as shower in videos. Turned counterclockwise till restriction was felt than back an 1/8. No difference. Any suggestions or should I just put a clutch in it? Thanks in advance.
