The throttle limmit screw can be removed completly its just there for kids toss it as far as throttle play my machines have less than a 1/4 inch but the main concern is it opens all the way and closes without sticking or binding up wich happens when the throttle butterfly is forced open to far not good so dont shorten the cable to much so with quad not running and throttle stop screw removed press throttle all the way and release it should snap shut if it sticks at all the cable is ajusted to short but it should be set rite from the factory. If not you will have to find the ajustment sleeve on the cable and shorten.

yep by the way thats a nice looking machine vary close to the vbike 250v4s but your frame looks to be much better enginered with gussets and your rear swing arm is much stronger i would have to go with 300 eagle wich is kinda pricey to get those options your tires look a little nicer too hope you have great luck with it also if you get a chance look on your engine for bolts and see if they have three little Ls on the heads (LLL) this means the engine is a lafon just wondering thanks

thanks the vbike is nice too and much cheaper in price. Ive been wanting to add performance parts but many say its not worth doing it to a Chinese bike. But i did swap my 14 tooth front sprocket to a 12 tooth sprocket but the screws would rub with the chain so took it off and but the original. ill check tonight about the screws.
