Hybird 150 Valve adjust
I have a Hybird 150 for my son. It has never idled well, and seems to have little power. I read here somewhere a while ago about the carb adjustments, and setting the valves. Someone had a post about how to adjust and to what spec. I have it in a shop right now getting worked on and they don't know to what to adjust the valves. Does anyone know or have a link to the post on how to do it? Thanks in advance.

Obviously the 0.08" spec is wrong. That is over 1/16 of an inch! By the way my service manual says the same thing - it is just a *big* misprint.
0.12mm is 0.005", and that sounds a lot better. Here is an interesting link that has a step by step pictorial guide for the 150cc GY6 engine:

The link above used to work, but apparently it moves around so that you must access it though the main page. Go to:
http://www.scooterforumonline.com/
Then select Chinese Scooter Forum and look for Valve Adjustment "Sticky" post near the top. Even though this post is for a scooter the engine it is identical to the 150cc GY6 engines used on ATV's.
