My little girls ATV - a brand new 125cc chinese cheapo is having idling problems. It seems that it will idle fine and then after a while the engine idle will creep up. It idle fine in forward or reverse, but when you put it into neutral, the engine races up to a extremely high rpm. Sounds like it's going to blow!!

How do I get this things to idle correctly regardless of whether it is in forward, reverse or neutral? Thanks for any help
