Jetmoto Hunter 250
#1
It looks like all posts from the Raceway forum are gone now, so I guess my review of the Jetmoto Hunter 250 got flushed along with it.
I still have not found anyone to service my ATV. The problem is that I have lost 4th and 5th gears. Reverse, 1st, 2nd and 3rd still work fine but 4th and 5th seem to have disappeared.
I wish I had a list of service centers in Maryland and Pennsylvania that would service Chinese ATVs but I know that is asking a lot.
My Jetmoto looks to be exactly the same as a Baja Wilderness 250 and Ive heard that is very similar to the 2004 Yamaha Bear Tracker. Even with this information I have still had no luck with finding someone to service my ATV.
My son busted his Reverse gearbox on his Dingo 150, like an egg on the edge of the driveway so I finally got all the parts to fix that. I just hope that I can remember how to get it all back together! I'm wondering what kind of gear oil to use in it though.

Yes all the posts are gone. Thanks for the update gone64. Bummer you still dont have 4th and 5th gears. From what I have heard from Eugene the Jetmoto 250 Hunter like yours is a exact copy of the Yamaha Bear Tracker. Its even made in the same factory.
My Jetmoto 150's rear end gear box is still working. I use 80w-90 gear oil in mine. 8 ozs.
