eton viper 90 r neutral light flashing won't start
hi, i took my E-ton Viper 90R (2004) to the shop last august because it wouldn't start. i replaced the spark plug and it worked for about a day and then it just wouldn't start. all this began last June, when the frame broke and a friend of mine welded it for me! After he did that it worked but when i shifted into reverse the battery would drain completely and need to be jumped! So after that happened i took it to the shop and they said there was burnt wires and no spark. I was thinking of buying a CDI box, but i wanted to know what you guys think. Also the neutral light flashes if that helps at all

You may have fried the CDI with the welder, the quad grounds everything to the frame, when you weld it, you put a pretty huge voltage spike into the frame, you should unplug the voltage regulator and cdi whenever you weld on the frame. Also, run the ground clamp for the welder as close to the work as possible, to limit the stray voltage traveling around the frame, looking for a good ground.
