Default 110 clutch adjustment

I attempted to adjust the clutch on my kids chinese atv because it seemed to slip a little at top end (full auto). i tried the method of turning counterclockwise until resistance is felt, but no resistence was ever felt. So, i removed the right side cover to inspect. Am i missing something or is there no adjustment?

There's a spring and sleeve in the center of the clutch, and what i thought to be the adjusting bolt is attached to the case with a nut. The adjust bolt is threaded on the engine side as well, and appears to simply rest against the sleeve/spring assembly. If i am not missing parts, I dont see how turning the adjuster with a flat head could make any difference in its position. Am i missing something?

thanks.

im also wanting to adjust the clutch on my kids 110cc because it does not want to go into gear easy. What side of the engine is the clutch cover on. dont want to take the wrong side off and start leaking oil all over the place. when i get mine off i will look at at and post back to you with anything i come up with
