you removed both jets and the float needle/seat and cleaned well what's the compression we should eliminate these aspects before going on to a possible electronics issue

not using periods commas and caps sorta sucks to read huh...LMAO

When I pulled the carb I pulled the jets I sprayed carb cleaner threw them and blowed them out with air compressor. They all blowed threw fine. I thought it was probaly electrical because of the back fire. But It probaly does need rebuilt though. It seem to have decent power for a 90 but I'm not sure how much it should have.

try unplugging electric choke, if this fixes problem you can leave chock unplugged till needed or replace with manuel chock(can find through dealer and ebay)

When was the last time that you changed the fuel filter? Make sure all of the fuel lines are flowing free. If you have already done this I do want to apologize. I had to completly disassemble the carb to clean it correctly on my Honda 3 wheeler. The process included soaking some parts, scrubbing onthers with a toothbruss, and even using my air compressor to blow out the passages.

just put a fuel filter on it when I cleaned the carb because I thought the filter was stopped up or it was vaporlocking I thought that I solved them problems maybe it was one thing getting worse I don't know

One of the very few problems we have ever had with our viper is the wires going onto the coil..For some reason they tend to get loose after a while and don't make good electrical connection..Take them off and give them a little squeeze with some pliers to tighten them up..Then I like to plug them on and off a couple of times just to make sure there is no corrosion on them...
