Default Just bought Quad Runner 160

Hey guys, I just picked up a 2001 Suzuki Quad Runner 160. Paid $400, but it's not in perfect shape by any means. Needs a bunch of little things, like a front brake cable, choke, etc.... Plastic could be replaced too, but that will be later down the road.

I'm looking for a good source for parts and accessories for this wheeler. Seems like the big companies like Parts Unlimited leave out some of these smaller size machines.

Also, if anyone has any good links for the wheeler, info, manuals, mods, etc.

THANKS!

Hi Sky, try the Search function. I've found a bunch of links to on-line parts stores that I never knew existed. Don't just to the search here, try it in the other forumns as well.

I've also had good luck at my dealer. More expensive probably but at least they have what I'm looking for when I'm looking for it.

Enjoy your new quad!

I don't think the kid quads have accessories, just go to you dealer and get the cables, even they don,t sell them for much. Plastic would propably cost what you paid for the ATV.

Glad to see someone bought a used brand name before a new Chinese.

I would price the legit Suzuki parts from an online vendor.....google Suzuki ATV parts. You would be surprised, they probably arent that expensive. Ive bought factory parts from Suzuki for my 1978 DR370 so your quad should be easy find.
