LT-A50 Stalling out

LT-A50 Stalling out
I own a third hand 2002 Suzuki LT-A50 that will not stay
running. I've replaced all the gaskets in the cylinder
and top end and installed new rings. The piston and
cylinder look great and are stock bore, with cross-
hatching still seen. I've gone all through the carb.
noticing that all three jets are there. The main is a
#65. The "E" clip on the needle in the carb. is in the
center postion. The carb was throughly cleaned out and
resealed.
The restrictor plates are gone in the intake and exhaust
and I completely went through and cleaned out the
petcock, tank and lines including the screens.
So I can start the engine very easily and it runs very
well although the trottle is alittle high. I can run it
at idle or high rpm and after maybe 30 seconds the
engine bogs down and stalls out. I can pull the cord
once and it fires right back up and runs sweet for
another 15-30 seconds before it bogs back down and dies
again. Even without the brakes on and up on jacks.
It almost seems like the engine is getting too much fuel
but I know that a flooded 2 stroke is a pain to get
restarted. Not my case! I'm running 32:1 mix and the
plug is a new stock NGK BPR-4HS. The plug is wet but not
soaked with good color. Yes... The choke is off when running.
I cut a 1/4" off the end of the spark plug wire and
installed a new NGK plug boot. Using my inline spark
plug meter I can watch a strong spark up to the very
point the engine stops spinning. I'm at a complete loss.
Anybody got answers on this issue? Thank you!

Thank you for the reply! I have openned up, cleaned and resealed the petcock. I thought for sure that would have fixed it too. I can open up the drain screw on the carb. right before it dies out and fuel is flowing nicely.
I was told that a 2 stroke will rev up right before it dies. My just bogs down to a halt, but will start back up in one quick pull.
I'm ready for a totally new carb. and putting the restrictor plates back in to see if that cures my dying issue. Any help or input at all is great. Thank you!
