hOW DO i KNOW IF THE STARTER, SOLENOID OR OTHER PROBLEMS. i HAVE POWER TO THE STARTER AND IT SOUNDS LIKE A SPINNING NOISE BUT WON'T START MOTOR. i HAVE TO PUSH START THE BIKE.

 

mine does exact same thing i took it somewhere and had them look at it and they said it was the carb. so your carb probably needs rebuilt i rebuilt mine and it solved the problem

 

Can you clarify 'SOUNDS LIKE A SPINNING NOISE'? Is the motor turning over? I wouldn't think the motor turning over would sound like a spinning noise.

I believe that is the starter spinning without engaging the crankshaft.

I would start with verifying that the starter is turning the motor over.
